I’ve worked in health and wellness for a decade. I have a Masters in Exercise Physiology, am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist. I’ve been a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and health coach.
From childhood, I’ve had a passion for writing. I didn’t know what to do with my skills until I learned I could become a content writer. At the same time, I didn’t want to leave health and wellness. So, I’ve found a marriage between my health and wellness experience and my passion for writing as a health and wellness content writer.
I love what I do because I get to help health and wellness professionals change more lives and do less of the work they don’t enjoy. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with all that’s required to keep your business afloat. More than anything, I hope to offer you peace of mind and some time back in your day.
When I’m not writing, I’m hiking neighborhood parks, checking out the local bars and restaurants, petting stray cats, sewing my own clothing, and doing whatever I can to make people laugh.
