About Me
I was put on this planet to help people feel better.
I have ADHD and a handful of chronic conditions - I know how it feels when your own body seems to be against you. I know what it feels like to pull yourself up and out of suffering. I can help you do it, too.
As a health coach, I can empower my clients to improve their lives their way. As a content writer, I can reach even more people.
I have a Masters in Exercise Physiology, am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist. I’ve worked as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and health coach.
When I’m not writing or coaching, I’m hiking Austin’s neighborhood parks, checking out the local restaurants, petting stray cats, sewing my own clothing, and doing whatever I can to make people laugh.
